Evidenced by the Christ Found in our Hearts!"

Meet Our Pastor

Pastor L. Irving Robb IV & First Lady Donna Robb
Pastor L. Irving Robb IV serves as the Senior Pastor of The Hope of Glory Church, where he has faithfully led the congregation for more than eight years. Called into ministry in May of 2001, Pastor Robb was licensed and ordained in October of 2004 under the leadership of Bishop Howard Wright Jr. Before becoming Senior Pastor of The Hope of Glory Church, he served for more than a decade in pastoral leadership, including as Assistant Pastor at Joy of the Lord Church and later at The House of Joy.
Pastor Robb is a preacher, teacher, mentor, author, and community-minded leader with a heart to see lives transformed through the Word of God. His ministry reflects a deep commitment to hope, discipleship, faith, and purpose. Under his leadership, The Hope of Glory Church continues to grow as a place where faith comes alive, people are strengthened, and believers are equipped to walk out their calling.
In addition to his pastoral work, Pastor Robb is the author of Skills of an Unskilled Laborer: Journey into Manhood, a book that speaks to growth, discipline, purpose, and the journey into godly manhood. He is also continuing his work as an author, with additional books in development.
Pastor Robb’s heart for ministry extends beyond the pulpit. Under his leadership, The Hope of Glory Church has served through youth programs, Vacation Bible School, youth camping trips, food and clothing pantry outreach, discipleship development, and community engagement. Through these efforts, he continues to encourage people of all ages to grow in faith, serve with purpose, and live out the love of Christ in practical ways.
Above all, Pastor Robb finds great joy in his family. He and his wife, First Lady Donna Robb, have been married for more than 30 years. Together, they have raised five children — Tauris, Irving, Lee, Nailah, and Gabrielle — and enjoy the blessing of their grandchildren.
In this season, Pastor Robb continues to lead with a heart turned toward “the glory” — the presence, power, and purpose of God revealed among His people. His desire is to see The Hope of Glory Church become more than a place of worship, but a people fully alive in faith and committed to carrying the glory of God into their homes, families, and community.
We invite you to worship with us at The Hope of Glory Church and experience a ministry where faith is alive, hope is present, and lives are being transformed through Jesus Christ.
